What Earth humans are afraid of? The answer is the UNKNOWN and that was what the Orion negative force knew too well.  And they need the fear energies to survive here on Earth and to sustain this quota they need to create mass killing like the World War I and II.  And they released the Chupacabra to terrorise the human race in order to harvest the fear energies.

The Orion negative force found this creature on another planet and the thirst of blood is what make them the perfect beast.  Once it was released on Earth, it attack the domestic livestock first.  But after they were sighted by some humans, they started to attack the human being too.  And this attack caused the human to expand their terror on this beast, imaging them further as a Beast with horns and red peeling eyes.

The imaginery fear of the human race did not stop here, some exaggerated into some kind of Wolf and Alien being. Some even go to the extent of saying they look like the Goat Devil. This is a natural phenomenon of the human race when passing a message or description to another human, some of the message or description will get distorted in time.  This fault lies in the communication tool the Earth human is using today - Language.
 

Alien on the other hands are telepathic beings, so conversing a message is 100% accurate but then it will depend on that human to deliver the message in its exact form. Unfortunately, most messages lost its originality in time due to the human primitive way of communication. Hope we will get back our telepathic abilities in the near future.

Fortunately, the Chupacabra that were released on Earth cannot adapted to the Earth atmosphere and eventually die off slowly, not able to co-create their population.  This attempt to terrorise the human race for the harvest of the fear energies will not be the last. They found some kind of blood sucking rabbit and mouse also.
